The Promotion is sponsored by Loma Vista Recordings c/o Concord Music Group, Inc. of 9171 Wilshire Blvd, 6th Floor, Beverly Hills, CA 90210 (“Sponsor”).

Open to legal residents of the United States, age 16 or older. Void where prohibited. Employees of Sponsor, artist, affiliates, agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible. (See section 19, Minors, below, for individuals under the age of 18 at the time of entry.)

The Promotion begins on Monday, May 11, 2026 at 10:00 AM PT, and ends on Friday, June 5, 2026 at 5:00 PM PT (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s server is the official timekeeping device.

(a) Participation. Participants (“Users”) may complete certain engagement challenges (e.g., trivia, social engagement — Users should follow the instructions on the entry page or Sponsor’s communications to Users) in order to earn virtual points (“XP”) and/or tokens.

(b) No Purchase Necessary Entry. Users may obtain tokens without purchase or mandated commercial transaction via free participation methods made available in the Promotion interface.

Tokens and XP are virtual promotional items only. They have no monetary value (but can be used on Sponsor’s store to redeem awards solely as stated on the applicable pages), are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or revoke tokens or XP at any time.

Users may redeem tokens to access a “Probability Box,” which provides a random reward per redemption. Reward types may include: digital items (e.g., sticker packs, Discord roles), physical merchandise, additional XP or virtual currency.

Odds of receiving rewards (fixed at the time of redemption and subject to change with notice):

• 60% — XP (randomized amount between 7,000–25,000 XP)
• 20% — Discord role
• 5% — Sticker Pack
• 5% — Pin Pack
• 5% — Cry Baby Birth Certificate
• 5% — Bumper Sticker

• Rewards are allocated purely at random. Users are not guaranteed to receive any particular reward.
• The number of tokens a User earns does not guarantee any specific outcome.

Sponsor reserves the right to:

• limit the number of tokens earned per activity,
• cap daily participation, and
• disallow automated or fraudulent activity.

Any attempt to manipulate the Promotion will result in disqualification.

Where challenges involve posting, uploading, or submitting content (“UGC”):

• User represents they own or control the rights, and grants to Sponsor a worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content for promotional purposes.
• User warrants that the content will not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law.

Users acknowledge that certain challenges may involve posting content to social platforms. If Users receive tokens or benefits in connection with such activity, Users are responsible for complying with applicable advertising disclosure laws (e.g., disclosing any material connection).

Rewards are provided “as is” and subject to availability. Sponsor may substitute any reward with one of equal or greater value. No cash alternatives.

Users are responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes for rewards received, as required by law.

By participating in the Promotion, each participant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or causes of action of any kind arising out of or relating to participation in the Promotion or the receipt, use, or misuse of any reward. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Released Parties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of participation in the Promotion.

CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS ONLY: Participants who are residents of California hereby waive all rights under Section 1542 of the California Civil Code. Participants agree that this waiver applies fully to any and all unknown or unsuspected claims.

Sponsor reserves the right to:

• modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time,
• adjust mechanics (including odds, rewards, or challenges), and
• disqualify users who violate these rules.

All personal data will be processed in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy: https://concord.com/privacy-policy/.

Except where prohibited, these Official Rules and any disputes arising out of or relating to the Promotion or any reward shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

By participating, each participant agrees that all disputes will be resolved individually (no class actions) and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and consents to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts, waiving any objection based on improper venue or inconvenient forum.

Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

Participation is open only to individuals who are at least sixteen (16) years of age. If a participant is under eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence), such participant must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to participate; and represents and warrants that such parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Official Rules. As a condition of receiving any reward, Sponsor reserves the right to require: execution of an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release; and for any minor, execution of such documents by a parent or legal guardian. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any participant who fails to provide required parental consent; deny or modify reward fulfillment for minors where required by applicable law; and limit the type, number, or availability of certain rewards (including randomized rewards) to participants under eighteen (18).

The Promotion is intended for promotional and entertainment purposes only. Tokens, XP, and rewards:

• have no real-world monetary value,
• cannot be redeemed for cash, and
• do not constitute gambling consideration.

No purchase or payment is required to participate or to obtain tokens or rewards.
